Overall this was a very fulfilling dish with exciting flavors.  The pasta, tomato, and basil combination paired nicely with the fromage blanc.  However, the corn and jalapeno did not fit in to the flavor.  Yes, the dish was "silky" as mentioned on the recipe card but it 'silky' was probably used as substitute for bland.
